Really good stay

I found the staff helpful. Chris greeted us and stored our luggage since we arrived early. Upon returning, Ava offered us glasses of prosecco. I also received a welcome message on the mirror, SUCH a great touch.
The shower uses curtains instead of a screen. Water easily escapes and the bathroom floor gets wet after each use.

This hotel provides luggage storage upon early arrival, THAT was handy. There is a cafe and bar area where guests receive a welcome drink, prosecco for example. Guests can find useful amenities such as bathrobes and slippers available in each room.

The breakfast included a vast array of options and extras from the kitchen are available upon request. The breakfast offers great value. THEREFORE, i highly recommend it. Guests find a variety of choices.

My suite was fine with great decor. The bed and bedding were comfy. I could also use the included coffee machine. I also appreciated the reasonably priced minibar provided in my suite.

chris at front desk helped me a lot when i arrived early. ava gave me a glass of prosecco in the cafe and bar area. the mirror had a little message it was nice. the location is perfect everything is walking distance.
the room i got was smaller and was up many stairs. no shelf was there in the bathroom to put things. the shower went from hot to cold, i think.

the staff provided a welcome drink upon my arrival and was very polite. front desk personnel was personable and helped me store my luggage. they showed empathy when taking care of the client.

The location was great! I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
My room was too small. I had trouble maneuvering around with my luggage. There was no shelf in the bathroom for my things!!!
